All conference sessions are private and off-the-record, no press will be admitted. However, the Council will hold press conferences at The Boar's Head Inn to discuss the conference. Press conferences will be held on Sunday, September 27 at 4:15pm, and on Tuesday, September 29 at 1:00pm.

We ask that all members of the press interested in covering the meeting on location in Charlottesville please register with us. Submit the form below to become a member of the Registered Press for this event. Registered Press will receive a press schedule and update prior to the beginning of the conference.

A Press Room will be made available to Registered Press. A conference banner, press packets, and other information about the conference will be available in the Press Room starting at 4:15pm on Sunday, September 27, 2009. Any speeches released prior to or during the conference will also be made available in the Press Room upon release.
