Adm Dennis C. Blair (Ret.) Admiral Blair was the Commander in Chief of the United States Pacific Command (USCINCPAC) from February 20, 1999 until May 2, 2002. He is now a Senior Fellow with the Institute for Defense Analyses in Alexandria, Virginia.
Kurt Campbell Kurt Campbell is Senior Vice President and Director of the International Security Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies(CSIS), where he also holds the Henry A. Kissinger Chair in National Security. In addition, he is the Deputy Director of the Aspen Strategy Group and a contributing writer to the New York Times.
