On September 24, 2026, US-Taiwan Business Council President Rupert Hammond-Chambers attended the 2026 Taiwan Expo USA. He gave a joint keynote speech on “Trusted AI Ecosystem: A Strategic Blueprint for U.S.–Taiwan Partnership” and moderated the “Strengthening the U.S.–Taiwan Partnership amid the Growth of America’s AI Industry” panel at the 2026 Taiwan-US Industry Collaboration Forum. The Taiwan Expo highlights the strength of the U.S.-Taiwan partnership.

The event aims to create a high-quality cooperation platform for Taiwan’s competitive industries and services, further deepening economic and trade relations between Taiwan and the United States.

As a flagship event of Taiwan Expo USA 2026, the 2026 Taiwan–US Industry Collaboration Forum focuses on AI, robotics, and smart manufacturing in response to U.S. manufacturing reshoring and global supply chain restructuring. By convening key leaders and decision-makers from industry, government, and academia, the forum explores how human–robot collaboration can enhance supply chain resilience and support the development of world-class industrial clusters.
