On September 16, 2020, Council President Rupert Hammond-Chambers moderated the “Economic Security & Trade” panel at “Annual Symposium 2020: US-Taiwan Relations: Building the Foundation for a Global Partnership,” an event hosted by the Global Taiwan Institute, in Washington, D.C. This is day two of the annual symposium.
